Seminole County Due Diligence Study - July 2021

On July 19, 2021, Seminole County Government published its Deer Run Due Diligence Assessment Study. These documents complete an eleven-step process that county staff and county contractors completed between March 28, 2021 and July 1, 2021. These studies were completed at a cost of approximately $130,000 that the county commission authorized on March 28, 2021. County staff will present this information to the county commissioners on Tuesday, July 27, 2021.
